Cancer is a dangerous disease. Cancer could be avoided if we have a healthy lifestyle. Basic things that should be avoided in order to be free of cancer are diet, exercise and avoiding smoking. study revealed a small but surprisingly a lot of things we can do to prevent cancer attacks the body. Among which are :
1. Before Roasting The Meat, The Meat Should Be Soaked First

4. Reduce the Use of Mobile Phone

5. Consume Lots of Vegetables
