Healthy Living With Herbal Medicine

Huft, I was sick yesterday and was given medication by a doctor. It makes me very uncomfortable. But what can I do? :)

After browsing google, I found an article about herbal medicine or natural medicine. You can get healthy by taking herbs. Especially in modern times many dangerous medicine, to be consumed. Healthy living with herbal medicine seems to be a good alternative.

This time I want to share about how to overcoming pain that can be treated with herbal medicine. Pain can inhibiting your activity. Anyone can suffer disease, from head, hands or any part of the body. Several natural nutrients can be a painkiller, without any harmful side effects..

Agonies can be prevented by exercising regularly and can be controlled by dietary changes. Here are some foods that can ease the pain (agonies):

1. Ginger
Ginger is the best pain killers that contain analgesics such as ibuprofen. Ginger contains a quartet,
shogaol, zingerone, gingerol, and paradol which are active ingredients to reduce pain. Consuming ginger tea during the rainy season can reduce the pain

2. Turmeric
Turmeric powder is generally used for curries and vegetables. Turmeric powder contains curcumin, curcumin functions is to help relieve pain from insect bites

3. Olive Oil
Olive oil is a good medicine to relieve pain. Olive Oil contains polyphenol, an antioxidant that helps reduce the common causes of pain mechanisms in the body. Olive oil is also a good substitute for butter, because butter high in saturated fat, which can erode bone strength and trigger pain.

4. Strawberries
Strawberries contain lots of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that has the function to reduce pain.
