Foods that can increase focus and concentration

With increasing age, decreased brain work. And now a lot of ads in print media that offer products to sharpen the mind, mind power. But is it really effective? Or want to try foods that can increase the concentration.
Food is one of the factors that keep the brain healthy. Some foods that can help improve brain function are :


1. Caffeine

2. Sugar

Eating an ounce of nuts and dark chocolate every day can provide all the benefits that your body needs without having to worry about excess calories, fat, or sugar.
