Natural way to eliminate cold

Allergies can not be eliminated. Some people have allergies to foods or certain weather. For allergy sufferers who are not comfortable with the use of chemical drugs, there are some natural alternatives that can prevent allergies. Some of these natural ingredients can still be used well in conjunction with drug allergies though, so it can have better control on the allergies.

Using drugs to relieve allergy sometimes be very tedious and not cost you a bit, especially for frequent use. Some natural ingredients that can be used to combat allergic reactions :

1. Salt water for nasal spray 
To make your own saline nasal spray, can buy saline packets at a local drugstore. Or can make your own concoction of 1 quart of boiled water, 2-3 teaspoons of non iodized salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Once the ingredients are combined, wait until the cold water. 2. Use of humidifiers and water purifiers

Probiotics can be found in basic foods, like yogurt, but also can be found in supplement form at health food and drug stores.
