Benefits of Green Tea to Improve Your Mood


For you who are bad mood, try drinking green tea ;)

Apparently there are certain foods or beverages that may affect our circumstances. Moderate for instance when you feel cranky or bad mood at the beginning of the week, or work that piled up and the deadline could create a feeling so uncomfortable and awkward. Eating a diet rich in omega 3 and can make your mood better.


Here are some foods or drinks that can improve and change the mood:



1. Oatmeal
The fiber in oatmeal, works to increase serotonin in the body compound that gives the effect comfortably, evoke mood and relieve fatigue.

2. Green Tea
Green tea contains theanine amino acids and can reduce anxiety and tension. Drink 2 cups of green tea every day can give you comfort in mind. Because it contains a little caffeine, green tea should be drunk in the morning and afternoon.

3. Nuts
Peanuts, cashews, and almonds are rich in selenium. It is a mineral that can improve mood. Do not consume excessive because the nuts are also rich in fat content.

4. Cereal Grain
Cereal grains contain sources of B vitamins, including folate, thiamin, B6, and B12. These nutrients serve to produce the hormone serotonin in the brain. Studies show that eating foods rich in serotonin can reduce anxiety.
