All people would like to eat strawberry fruit. because it tastes really sweet, it appears strawberry fruit has many benefits. Especially for body health.

 Strawberries that have a Latin name Fragaria sp, has the following nutrients: 8 g carbohydrates, 0.5 grams fat, 8 grams protein, 37 kcal calories, 28 mg calcium, 27 mg phosphorus, 0.8 mg iron, 10 mg of magnesium, 27 g of potassium, 0.7 mg of selenium, 60 of vitamin A, 0.03 mg of vitamin C and 17.7 mcg of folic acid.  


With the composition of nutrients such as strawberries, a variety of fruit striwberu benefits can be felt by those who consume it regularly.

  • Reduce hypertension (high blood pressure)

    contain potassium which is good for lowering high blood pressure.
  • Prevent blood clotting.
  • Smoothing the skin of the body.
    Use strawberries as an herbal bath. In addition to being more refined, the skin will look brighter.
  • High vitamin C
    Vitamin C in strawberries higher than the vitamin C found in oranges. Vitamin C is needed by your body to increase endurance. American Cancer Society states that vitamin C in cancer can reduce the risk of digestive tract cancer.
     
With the various benefits of strawberries this, it seems there is no reason not to put the strawberries into the daily diet
