Obesity due to gene can be combatted by Sport

You've heard the story, that there are people who eat little, but his body fat. Yes, it's probably because of gene. Body fat can be caused by hereditary or genetic factors. But physical exercise and sport proved able to resist that influence.

Conclusions of previous studies indicate that approximately 74% of all U.S. citizens of European descent have a genetic variation of FTO that can cause weight gain and increased risk of obesity. FTO gene or fat mass and obesity-associated genes that are suspected to lead to obesity in adult human. Researchers say that people who have the FTO gene had to fight harder, and sport is one of the most effort must be done.
According to a recent study, the effect of obesity-causing genes will be down 30% if the body becomes physically active.

The researchers also agree that physical activity is an effective way to control weight, especially in individuals who have a genetic predisposition to obesity. These findings were contrary to the views of adherents stream determinists who believe that genetic influences can not be contested.
